Introducing the 800 Series Freestanding Parrilla with Brasero & Front Door. The brasero is great for longer cooks allowing the hot coals to be continually replaced during the cook. The grill can be used with the front door closed, open, or the door can slide off the hinges and removed completely. With its height adjustable grill plate, the parrilla offers precise temperature control for perfectly cooked food every time. Enjoy the flavourful benefits of traditional Argentinian grilling without leaving your home. This high quality Australian made parrilla bbq will be a conversation starter in any setting. Sitting on top of a solid frame and fitted with heavy duty castor wheels this parrilla is perfect for the outdoor entertaining area.
Note: As standard the parrilla comes with either a full set of round bar or square bar grills (make selection above). Other optional accessories shown in photos including the charcoal pan, hotplate, fire bricks are not included and need to be purchased separately.
Like all our products, this unit is designed to last many of use. It is just as comfortable in a heavy use commmercial application as it is in a private setup.

All Benot products are made to order. Manufacturing time is typically 4 weeks. As we are a small business lead times can vary depending on demand at the time.
Shipping Information
Deliveries typically take between 2-10 days from dispatch. Deliveries are made between business hours Mon-Fri and are unloaded at your nominated address. A person will need to be present to take receipt of the delivery. Items are generally pallet mounted, the pallet will be placed in the most convenient place possible. If a kerbside delivery is not possible in your location the items will be delivered to your closest depot for your collection. Refer to our shipping policy for more details. Design Features

Built to Last
Benot fireboxes are made from 4mm steel plate, utilising precise laser cutting and CNC folding. Additional reinforcement features are integrated under the base and behind the backplate. Our BBQ's are a welded construction.
Castor Wheels
Our castors are equipped with double ball bearing head race and hardened shims. The 100mm diameter heavy duty castor wheels rated at 150kg each promote a long operational life and are a large enough diameter to traverse uneven terrain. Locking castors used on the two front wheels.
Cast Hand Wheel
The solid cast handwheel with rotating speed handle makes for easy grill height adjustment.
Stainless Steel Top Tube
We use a stainless steel top tube to provide a hard wearing and scratch resistant surface for the wire rope. Painted surfaces typically scratch and chip after a little use. It is also great for hanging meat hooks.
Drop - In Grills
Our drop in grill design offers optionality and versatility. Choose from our different premium grill options, hotplates or remove them completely to hang meat or use the Benot height adjustable rotisserie system.
Self Aligning Ball Bearings
The top tube is mounted via self aligning, greasable, spherical ball bearings to give a smooth and quiet operation.
Grill Holder Bearings
Our grill holders use metal shielded cam follower bearings to provide a smooth operation. They are mounted on slotted holes for easy adjustment and alignment.
Height Locking Mechanism
Our locking system allows for easy one handed operation raising of the grill. To lower the grill lift the ball bearing mounted lever to release and lower to desired height.
Maintenance & Serviceability
Everything has been designed with durability and serviceability in mind to ensure a long useful life of the product. All of our bearings can be easily removed and replaced. Our wire ropes can be adjusted and replaced without special crimping tools.
