Manufacturing Time

Benot products are made to order. Most products have a manufacturing time of approximately 4 weeks (5 weeks before dispatch).These times can increase during periods of higher demand. 

Carrier Services

We work with a number of freight services to deliver products Australia wide. Depending on the location, whether metropolitan or rural more than one service may be utilised for delivery.

Delivery Times

Deliveries typically take between 2-10 days. Deliveries are made between business hours Mon-Fri.

Delivery Point

Freight is generally classified as a kerbside delivery. The goods are delivered to the destination address and unloaded in the most practical location possible. This is often in the driveway. In some locations is may be on the road or kerbside at the address. Where a kerbside delivery is not possible or in some remote regional locations pickup from your closest depot may be required.

Costs

Freight costs will vary depending on the product purchased and the delivery location. If your address doesn't bring up an automatic freight cost please contact Benot for a custom freight quote.

Re-Delivery

Freight not collected from the depot within 7 days may be returned to the Benot warehouse. Additional charges for re-delivery will be incurred.

Damaged Freight

If products arrive damaged it is important to contact Benot within 24hrs and provide photos of damaged goods and packaging.
