Our priority is customer satisfaction. If there is a problem with the product we will work with you to rectify the issue.

Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your purchase or have received a faulty/damaged item, you may be entitled to a full or partial refund. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be returned in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.

Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days to the original method of payment.
