800 Series Freestanding Parrilla

Welded Construction - Benot parrilla grills are a welded construction, made in Australia, in house and arrive assembled and ready to use.

Firebox - The firebox is made from heavy duty 4mm plate with significant reinforcements both inside and under the base, as well as behind the backplate to prevent thermal warping.

Grill Bearings - Our grills are guided by bearings to provide a very smooth operation with minimal rocking. The bearings are black oxide coated to give a hard wearing corrosion resistant finish. The bearings are mounted via slotted holes and can be adjusted if required.

Top Tube Bearings - Mounted via self aligning, greaseable bearings to provide a quiet and smooth operation.

Hand Wheel - The solid cast chrome plated handwheel with a rotating speed handle makes for easy grill height adjustment.

Top Tube - Stainless steel top tube provides a hard wearing scratch resistant surface to run the wire rope and use meat hanging hooks.

Castor Wheels - High quality double ball bearing castor wheels with hardened shims. The 100mm diameter wheels allow them to traverse uneven terrain.

Grills - Our heavy duty grills are made from either 10mm round bar or 10mm square bar carbon steel. They are heavy, resist warping and hold the heat very well. Our grill system allows the grills to be easily lifted out so you can change cooking setups.

Hotplate - Optional hotplate made from 4mm plate with folded edges around all sides for added strength.

Charcoal Pan - Optional charcoal pan constructed from 3mm plate, folded around the 4 sides with a reinforced base. Great for containing the coals and an easy cleanup.

Firebricks - Optional firebricks are a premium quality fire clay refractory firebrick with a high 42% Alumina content. Rated to 1500 degrees. They work very well at containing and directing the heat up towards the cooking surface.

Rotisserie Brackets - Optional rotisserie brackets can be attached to the grill holder for a height adjustable rotisserie system, or they can be used attached to the firebox side plates for a fixed height rotisserie leaving the grill available for other uses. Compatible with most rottiserie systems, many don't require any hardware for attachment, they just simply slide straight onto our brackets.

Note: As standard the parrilla comes with either a full set of round bar or square bar grills (make selection above). Other optional accessories shown in photos including the charcoal pan, hotplate, fire bricks are not included and need to be purchased separately.

All Benot products are made to order. Manufacturing time is typically 5 weeks. As we are a small business lead times can vary depending on demand at the time. 

Deliveries typically take between 2-10 days from dispatch. Deliveries are made between business hours Mon-Fri and are unloaded at your nominated address. A person will need to be present to take receipt of the delivery. Items are generally pallet mounted, the pallet will be placed in the most convenient place possible. If a kerbside delivery is not possible in your location the items will be delivered to your closest depot for your collection. Refer to our shipping policy for more details.
